WHY DOES THE ZIPPER NOT HAVE A TAB?

In compliance with the product safety laws from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, its mandatory standard of bean bags and bean bag covers, states that openings of a bean bag cover must be fitted with a child-resistant fastener. This is ensured via a zip with its tag removed, making it more challenging for children to open the zipper and prevent accidents involving the ban bags.
To open the bean bag cover when the zipper does not have a tag, simply hook a paper clip onto the zipper slider and use it as a temporary tag to open and close the zipper. Please remember to remove the paper clip from the zipper slider once done, especially if within the reach of children.

WHAT’S THE EASIEST WAY TO FILL MY BEAN BAG?

When filling yourself, we recommend that you fill your bean bag in the bathroom, over the bathtub (with plug in), with all doors and windows closed. Never fill bean bags outdoors! Fillings can be easily sourced at your local department stores (e.g., Kmart, Big W, Target) to meet the required filling amount. If you require assistance with filling high quantities, please email us for more information.

HOW LONG UNITL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed ands dispatched within 2 business days, they are sent out via Australia Post standard e-parcel shipping. We provide you with a tracking number and order number so you can track any updates of your parcel on auspost.com/mypost/track. Each item is expected to be received within 3 weeks, however current staff cuts and less frequent deliveries may affect this.
