WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfers and PayPal payments.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In the event of receiving faulty goods, a written claim must be submitted within 14 days from date of invoice, after this period, no refund can be made. All goods must be returned for inspection before the claim can be made. All faulty goods will be replaced at the cost of the Furniture Runway Pty Ltd. If you change your mind or your order is not quite right, it can come back to us anytime within 14 days of receipt of your items. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received your returned item, we will issue you with an in store credit or full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge), which ever you prefer. In most other circumstances, we will provide you with a credit to your Furniture Runway Pty Ltd account of the purchase amount (less delivery charge) or is stock is available an exchange will be issued. Furniture Runway Pty Ltd will not cover any postage costs to return an item for change of mind and/ or faulty item.

WHAT’S THE EASIEST WAY TO FILL MY BEAN BAG?
When filling yourself we recommend that you fill your bean bag in the bathroom, over the bathtub (with plug in), with all doors and windows closed. Never fill bean bags outdoors!
