At Furniture Runway, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. RETURN POLICY

In the event of receiving faulty goods, a written claim must be submitted within 14 days from date of invoice, after this period, no refund can be made. -All goods must be returned for inspection before the claim can be made-

 

If you change your mind or your order is not quite right, it can come back to us anytime within 14 days of receipt of your items.

 

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received your returned item, we will issue you with an in store credit or full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge).

Furniture Runway Pty Ltd will not cover any postage costs to return an item for change of mind and/ or faulty item.
